A crowd funding site has been created to raise funds for Daniel Smith to sufficiently pay for and present his defense with regard to selling the Miracle (Master) Mineral Supplement (Solution), or “MMS”. Please make a donation if you can.
Jim Humble, who introduced the world to what became “MMS”, a name he gave the product because its effect on malaria seemed like a miracle, recorded an audio to request donations, to which a montage of images were added.

By the time the trial begins, it will be in the eighth year since the product began to be offered. We now know that it’s no miracle that brings about the broad beneficial effects to human biochemistry. It is the normal result of what happens when imbalances due to antagonistic chemical saturation are remediated and cellular bio-electricity is restored. Any method that achieves these ends will produce the same results. “FDA approved” treatments do not achieve these results.
I am not saying this simply because the FDA has approved them. I am saying this because what the agency approves and has approved — in thousands of instances — are antagonistic, synthetic, cause greater imbalance, and therefore impair cellular bio-electricity and zeta potential. This doesn’t make the agency wrong. It makes the preponderance of their choices wrong for the people who the products are given to. Great (highly profitable) for the makers, but terrible for the patients. Worst yet, the patients are encouraged to ask “if _______ is right for them,” as if these products were actually helpful.
If this is intentional, the public should know. If it’s not, the agency must change, because the public now knows.
The agency, with the help of the bulldog Department of Justice and a compliant, if not controlled court system, is out to stop MMS by making an “example” for others by targeting Daniel Smith, an intelligent man who, like millions of others, has seen the “health care” system morph into a disease management, and then into medical disease causation and management system, in our generation, and decided to do something about it.
This is from his GoFundMe site:
Over the last two years, Daniel has argued several of his motions before the judge. Each time, under the tutelage of those more experienced, Daniel’s level of confidence and presentation improved. Seasoned attorneys commented that Daniel argued better than 90% of all other attorneys they’d seen. Others agreed, Daniel had out-argued the prosecution hands down. Nevertheless, the judge’s rulings always ended with the word: “DENIED“.
Where the prosecution faltered, the judge covered for the government. Where the prosecution failed to argue, the judge argued for the government. Where the prosecution filed false pleadings, the judge swept them under the rug. When Daniel’s argument could not be easily overcome, it was omitted or liberally misconstrued to clear the way for a ruling in favor of the government. This is the state of our federal district courts in America. The doctrine of Separation of Powers is an ideal that lost its way when the courts became embroiled in bonding – and thus monetizing -every case that it hears.
Whether MMS is available or not, this is no way to treat people who stand, not only on conscience, but on science, and whose efforts have helped, not harmed others. The agencies have no right to fabricate and mislead the public, the court system, or bully the media and sister agencies around the world to claim great harm in order to make something beneficial unavailable to you.
There is another great video on the site, produced by the Water Reference Center, which is based in the Netherlands. I traveled to Amsterdam to meet Klaas Proesmans, CEO of WRC while in Europe this past August. The video documents a test that was conducted, December 2012, by the WRC in conjunction with the Ugandan Red Cross, demonstrating the effect of sodium chlorite disinfection of water, which is also the main constituent of human blood. They were able to confirm a very fast residual effect on the malaria parasite, even inside an infected human body. This is consistent with Jim Humble’s initial observations, which most experts and skeptics were disinclined to believe. It is amazing that since it was uploaded July, 2013, slightly less than 600 people have viewed this video.

How dare a “public” agency trump up falsehoods and broadcast them around the world, then spend millions to prosecute a private individual for seeing a way to help people, when the agency was, in effect, harming the very people it is supposed to be serving?!
Make a difference. Please donate and spread this notice.

I have not managed to find any clinical trials showing the efficacy/safety of MMS online. Does anyone know what evidence (if any) exists? If there is none available, has anyone considered that the best way to help Daniel might be to fund a clinical trial (or two) showing both its safety and efficacy?
Safety and efficacy…this is precisely the question that needs answering!! I wish the proponents of MMS would organize themselves to focus on these essential points! I haven’t found anything online on its efficacy, but I found a link on realrawfood.com to a small trial that examined safety, and although the findings are presented cautiously, they pointed towards safety…It’s best if you read the pdf yourself (the link is at the bottom of the paragraph.) Ihave cut and pasted the relevant paragraph here…The research document strikes me as pretty bona fide…Although unfortunately opponents of MMS seem to scream ‘fake’ fairly indiscriminately…
“There is no dangerous liability to ingesting chlorine dioxide over an extended period of time. The next argument was the concept that taking MMS might be dangerous when taking it for a few days. But that has also been proven not true. Back in 1982, the National Institutes of Health in Washington, DC conducted an extended double blind clinical trial to determine that very fact, whether there is a liability in taking chlorine dioxide over a period of time. They also tested the chemicals sodium chlorite, and sodium chlorate at the same time. The tests were conducted with humans and not with rats, thus one does not have to try to extrapolate to show that rats can equal humans. The tests conducted showed that no adverse conditions resulted in human bodies. Here is the link to the report. So, since blood is largely water, let’s all drink chlorine compounds for regular disinfection of our blood, just in case. The man in Holland who tested the product on malaria infested water had (“duh”) a positive result. Is Wikipedia also under the thumb of government pawns? Cited herewith, from that eminent research tool:
Miracle Mineral Supplement, often referred to as Miracle Mineral Solution, Master Mineral Solution, or MMS, is a toxic solution of 28%[1] sodium chlorite in distilled water. The product contains essentially the same ingredient as industrial-strength bleach before “activation” with a food-grade acid. The name was first coined by Jim Humble in his 2006 self-published book, The Miracle Mineral Solution of the 21st Century.[2] A more dilute version is marketed as Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS).[3] MMS is falsely and dangerously promoted as a cure for HIV, malaria, hepatitis viruses, the H1N1 flu virus, common colds, autism, acne, cancer, and much more. There have been no clinical trials to provide evidence in support of these claims, which come only from anecdotal reports and Humble’s book.[4][5] In January 2010, The Sydney Morning Herald reported that one vendor admitted that they do not repeat any of Humble’s claims in writing to circumvent regulations against using it as a medicine.[6] Sellers sometimes describe MMS as a water purifier so as to circumvent medical regulations.[7] The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies rejected “in the strongest terms” reports by promoters of MMS that they had used the product to fight malaria.[8]
When citric acid or other food acid is used to “activate” MMS as described in its instructions,[9] the mixture produces an aqueous solution containing chlorine dioxide, a toxin and a potent oxidizing agent used in the treatment of water and in bleaching.[1] The United States Environmental Protection Agency has set a maximum level of 0.8 mg/L for chlorine dioxide in drinking water.[10] Naren Gunja, director of the New South Wales Poisons Information Centre, has stated that using the product is “a bit like drinking concentrated bleach” and that users have displayed symptoms consistent with corrosive injuries, such as vomiting, stomach pains, and diarrhea.[11]
Sodium chlorite, the main constituent of MMS, is a toxic chemical[12][13] that can cause acute renal failure[14] if ingested. Small amounts of about 1 gram can be expected to cause nausea, vomiting and even life-threatening hemolysis in persons who are deficient in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

The Guardian has described MMS as “extremely nasty stuff, and the medical advice given is that anyone who has this product should stop using it immediately and throw it away. In Canada it was banned after causing a life-threatening reaction.
CONCLUSION: not prepared (if I had the money) to donate. Misguided innocents, in any field, can do as much harm as more malevolent persons. Witness, the American Public as Patriotic supporters of their beloved armed forces, healing the world of evil.
You sound like you’re new to this conversation. Since you’re citing Wikipedia, visit their description of “Sodium Chlorite” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_chlorite) and tell me if the description is consistent with the one on MMS. And yes, Wikipedia is not “above” being used as an informational rudder, to move public opinion in one direction or another.
Results speak more loudly than descriptions in Wikipedia, or mis-characterizations by the FDA. While molecular chlorine is *known* to be carcinogenic, it is routinely used as a disinfectant in municipal water supplies around the US. While sodium fluoride is known to be a neurotoxin, it is routinely used as a *tooth hardener* in public water supplies around the U.S., even though it has been banned in other cities around the world.
Your patronizing surprise at our support for a “misguided innocent” is almost amusing. You simply don’t know what you’re talking about. Worst yet, you don’t know that you don’t know.

You are very correct A.A. I own a Lyme support group, where members including me are cured of Lyme or doing much better using MMS. I have followed your work on MMS.. I think of your reasoning as the calm in the storm… very nice job

“Is Wikipedia also under the thumb of government pawns?”
Maybe in 2014 it wasn’t that obvious yet but in 2020 that question, if not asked in a rethorical sense, is nothing short of painful ignorance….
WIKIPEDIA’S TRUTH NEVER ÉVER DEVIATES FROM THE “OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT NARRATIVE”.
Divergent theories on x or y event are WITHOUT EXCEPTION dismissed and ridiculed as “conspiracy theories”…
If you want to believe what your government is saying is the truth and nothing but the truth that’s your choice,
just know that history has proven the exact opposite to be true.
I’m a patriot …therefore I dispize the lowlife politicians and corrupt governments destroying it.
If we don’t hang together, we will surely all hang separately…
So true!
